building.
Apartments, 45 square metres, on the second floor.
Kitchen with washing machine, dryer, iron&ironing board, oven,
microwave, fridge, coffee machine, toaster and all kitchen utensils.
The bedroom with double bed, and living room with a double sofa.
The bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
Dvd, TV, cd player.
Central heating and air conditioning.
The apartment comes with bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning
utensils.
Check-in time is between 3:00 PM and midnight.
Check-out time is before noon.
We can keep your luggage at Hostal La Zona before check in or after
check out.
The room is cleaned free of charge once a week.
Extra cleaning: 50€
We need you to fax us the completed document we will send you by email.
The reservation will not be confirmed until we receive your fax.
One day’s rate will be charged to your credit card on making
the reservation, it will not be refunded.
Parties and pets are not allowed.
One month before the arrival: 50% of the total amount.
Fifteen days before: the total amount.
